An organization in British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system along with comprehensive implementation services. The required solution should encompass core application software modules covering financial management—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, miscellaneous billing, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, fixed assets, capital assets, general ledger, budgeting, and cash receipting.

The ERP system should also support human resources and payroll functions such as employee and manager self-service, payroll processing, performance management, and personnel actions. Implementation services include project management, software installation and setup, security design and configuration, business and software configuration, technical design, data conversion and migration, as well as development of business analytics, reports, forms, and integration with other systems. The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
