This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and implementation services for a one-year contract. The ERP system must support core finance and accounting functionality, including secure period closing, automatic year-end entries, drill-down capabilities across modules, and comprehensive date tracking for transactions.
The system must enable real-time bank reconciliation postings, generate daily cash reports reflecting both book and bank balances, and offer investment tracking. Accounts payable functions should include duplicate detection, batch invoice processing, automated ACH vendor notifications, and purchasing card payment support.
The procurement module must allow for electronic purchase orders and requisitions with budget tracking, electronic approvals and signatures, and accommodations for various request types, including sole source exceptions. Accounts receivable functionality should support integrated credit card payments, email billing, and online payments. A robust budget management module is required, featuring budget-to-actual reporting with variance and percentage-used columns. Vendors should submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
