The City of Ontario is seeking a vendor to support the negotiation and implementation of an Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for a municipal project. The chosen firm will oversee the full range of ERP implementation services, including the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of the Oracle system.

Key responsibilities include assessing project risks, monitoring the ERP vendor’s performance, advising on contract enforcement, providing informed recommendations on dispute resolution, and offering guidance on critical project decisions. The vendor will deliver strategic, technical, functional, and governance support to city leadership and the ERP Steering Committee, with regular engagement on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

In addition, the vendor will provide routine progress reports, dashboards, detailed analyses, and final reviews to promote transparency and accountability throughout the project. Prior to the system's launch, readiness and contingency plans must be thoroughly reviewed and validated.
