(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning negotiations and implementation solution. • Responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of the Oracle solution • Review Project risks and the ERP vendor’s performance, advise on enforcing contract terms, and on settling disputes in the City’s interest • Provide advice/input on critical Project decisions. • Provide strategic, technical, functional, and governance guidance to City leadership and the ERP Steering Committee during the Project on a monthly or bi–monthly basis • Provide monthly reports, dashboards, analyses, and final reviews to ensure transparency and accountability during the Project • Review and verify readiness and contingency plans before go–live (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 2, 2025.
