(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise legal case management solution.– Provide a modern, secure, and scalable cloud–based Enterprise Legal Case Management (ELCM) Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution.– The contractor shall integrate the solution with agency’s Single Sign–On (SSO) via Azure AD and any approved third–party systems.– The Contractor shall configure core SaaS modules including roles, permissions, matter types, document templates, and workflows– The contractor shall implement custom fields and reporting dashboards, and configure integrations for calendaring, email, and document storage– The contractor shall extract historical case data, perform data cleansing and transformation, conduct test migrations, and execute the final production migration.– The contractor shall configure and test SSO integration with Azure Active Directory and implement and validate any additional approved integrations– The contractor shall conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify that all modules and integrations function correctly– The contractor shall support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) led by agency and resolve all critical defects(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2025(3) The contract period will be for five years.(4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2025
