DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, enterprise-class learning management system (LMS). The solution should be a comprehensive, configurable, commercial off-the-shelf platform supporting the administration, delivery, management, tracking, and reporting of employee training, academy operations, certifications, compliance, scheduling, inventory, and related operational functions.
The system is expected to replace fragmented systems, manual workflows, and spreadsheet-based recordkeeping with a secure, centralized, scalable, web-based platform.
