DESCRIPTION


The vendor is required to provide an enterprise job scheduler software solution. The software must be compatible with Linux operating environments and support at least two agents along with integration capabilities for the Banner application. Specifically, it should include Automic Applications Manager agents for Banner Linux, a master, and a GAP agent.

The solution must feature a licensing model suitable for both production and testing environments, and be capable of supporting approximately 1,000 users. It should offer compatibility with pro*c, Java, and bash scripts, and provide database parameter integration. The application must incorporate a distributed security model and offer integration with Ellucian Banner application security.

Key functionalities include direct job scheduling, support for job chains, intelligent recovery, execution of multiple job types, and comprehensive audit logging within a secure, distributed security or job-submitter model.
