Summary:
Seeking an enterprise-class information management system to administer and deliver 360° feedback assessments, including robust reporting, email, and data extraction features.
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–class information management system for 360° feedback.– Information Management Solution to ensure the administration and delivery of the 360° Feedback Assessment services.– The platform must provide the ability to upload, use and modify content, such as behaviours, competencies, and instructions to participants and respondents – The platform must provide the ability to score both effective (positive) and ineffective (negative) behaviors.– The platform must provide the ability for respondents to provide written comments of at least 4000 characters.– Email functionality to send the reports, invitations, reminders and complete other follow ups with participants and respondents.– The platform must indicate when an invalid email address is typed and provide a report of bounce back e–mails.– The platform must produce reports that clearly display the participants results on various competencies being assessed through the provision of quantitative and qualitative data.– The platform must provide the ability to extract data (all data collected on the participants) for analysis.
