(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise business intelligence solution.– Develop, implement, operate, and maintain On–Premises or Cloud Based solutions for an Enterprise Business Intelligence 2.0 (EBI), including related information technology systems, operational support and business consulting services.– The Contractor must perform system architecting that includes design/requirements, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Business Intelligence solution.– The Contractor must integrate daily Medicaid data flow from all Medicaid systems to the Data Warehouse, including the development of enhancements to support analytics and reporting.– The Contractor must coordinate with the Department’s Medicaid System Integrator (SI) to intake data to the Data Warehouse.– The Contractor must perform and manage the operations and maintenance of any applications, solutions, and tools used in Business Intelligence 2.0.– EBI 2.0 Data Lake Architecture (EDLA)– The Contractor must ensure that their solution safeguards data and is capable of restoring important information in the event that the data is corrupted, compromised, or lost due to cyberattacks, shutdowns, intentional harm, or human error.– The Contractor must accommodate the expected overall solution’s health and performance throughout the Contract lifecycle, including during periods of growth, capacity–driven upward scaling, and new data source integration, visualizations, and reports.– The Contractor must propose a comprehensive strategy and solution that will address data management within the EBI 2.0 systems and data repositories.– The Contractor must establish and maintain all metadata through processes and tools, including the establishment and maintenance of a Centralized Metadata Repository.– EBI 2.0 Data Analytics and Reporting Solution– The Contractor’s solution must have a comprehensive suite of tools that will enable complex querying, report generation, data visualization capabilities, and dashboarding.
