The project may utilize either on-premises or cloud-based architectures and encompasses related information technology systems, operational support, and business consulting services. The selected contractor will be responsible for all system architecting facets, including design, requirements gathering, implementation, ongoing monitoring, and enhancement of the business intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities include integrating daily Medicaid data flows from all Medicaid systems into the data warehouse, coordinating closely with the state's Medicaid System Integrator for data intake and enhancements that facilitate advanced analytics and reporting. The contractor will also oversee operations and maintenance for all business intelligence tools and applications, ensuring continual health and performance of the solution throughout the contract term—even during periods of growth or when integrating new data sources, visualizations, and reports.

The solution must employ an EBI 2.0 Data Lake Architecture (EDLA), include robust data safeguarding and recovery capabilities, and manage all metadata via a centralized repository. The platform should feature a comprehensive array of tools to support complex querying, advanced reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation, all while ensuring top-tier data management and security practices.
