DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide an enterprise backup solution that includes software and hardware support, subscription renewal, and cloud storage services on an annual basis. The requirement covers ongoing maintenance and support for backup infrastructure and related technologies.

Scope includes Commvault subscription services, Everpure (Pure Storage) subscription, Optica support and licenses, and Spectra support.
