The State of Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solution along with comprehensive implementation services. The selected vendor will serve as a systems integrator, delivering a complete end-to-end EAM solution that encompasses software licensing, system implementation, integration, and maintenance. Ongoing support and optional hosting services for the new EAM platform are also included in the scope of work.

The required EAM solution should offer robust functionality, including a comprehensive asset registry, asset condition assessment, service and work request management, work planning, warranty management, inventory and warehouse management, planning and budgeting features, as well as detailed reporting and analytics for decision support. The system must facilitate seamless data access and integration with other systems.

Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their questions regarding the project by December 1, 2025. Additionally, a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2025.
