(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management software.– Proposers to furnish Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software and Implementation Services– Proposer will act as a Systems Integrator with the capability to deliver a full end–to–end solution set and associated systems integration services– Provide a full end–to–end EAM solution including software licensing, implementation, integration, maintenance and ongoing support and optionally, hosting services for a new EAM solution.• Functionality required– Comprehensive/Complex asset registry– Asset condition and assessment– Work requests (service requests)– Work planning and management– Warranty management– Inventory/Warehouse management– Planning and budgeting– Reporting and Analytics (decision support)– Data access and integration(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 1, 2025(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on Nov 12, 2025
