(1) Vendor needs to provide enrolment management customer relationship management platform.– Provide a single CRM solution to utilize for Enrollment Management groups– Mobile–friendly interface for easy access on various devices.– Comprehensive training materials and ongoing support services– Functional (non–technical) users must be able to build, deploy, and maintain forms, portals, communications, and workflows without vendor or IT intervention or code.– Solution must be a proven, higher–ed trusted solution with a longstanding track record of providing CRM platforms for Enrollment Management for Higher Education institutions (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2025.
