DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide enhancement and maintenance services for the Cancer and Chronic Disease Data Management System (CCDDMS). This involves mandatory system maintenance and technical support for all applications within the platform, as well as ongoing system enhancements using C#.Net and SQL Server technologies. The vendor will manage hosting and real-time support, beginning June 1, 2026, and continuing through the duration of the contract.
Additional requirements include the development of a patient navigation tool, creation and implementation of dashboards for programs such as CDSMP, HHA, and EMDF, and improvements to pharmacy claim submission functionality and workflow development. The vendor must implement EDI/EPIC or equivalent integration to enable health provider electronic claim connectivity, develop monthly and ad hoc reports, and enforce data quality assurance and CDC compliance.
Further functionalities entail patient navigation data collection, participant data tracking, and Cancer Treatment Program application tracking. The application must support a multilingual user interface, starting with a Spanish language option at the database logon screen, with accurate and timely translations as necessary based on updates to the enrollment process. The contract is set for a period of two years.
