DESCRIPTION


This sources sought notice concerns engineering solutions design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance services in support of tactical and environmental sensing capabilities. The requirement includes developing effective tactical search plans using available environmental and threat data, along with recommendations for an integrated and executable deployment strategy for environmental sensors and tactical sensors.

The scope also includes developing and maintaining an integrated optimization capability and enhancing reconstruction capability. Vendors are expected to implement emerging technologies through portable software implementations and align them with state-of-the-art industry interface standards. Life-cycle maintenance is also required, including source code management, automated testing, cross-platform practices, and online issue tracking.

In addition, the effort includes designing, developing, integrating, testing, maintaining, and delivering upgrades for new and modified software supporting airborne acoustic sensing, acoustic performance prediction, and related mission planning functions.
