DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide engineering services to a government authority in Plattsburgh, New York. The work includes reviewing the June 2026 feasibility study and master plan, the County housing needs analysis, boundary survey and subdivision materials, available record drawings, and prior utility mapping.
