The selected vendor will provide engineering services to a government authority in Plattsburgh, New York. The work includes reviewing the June 2026 feasibility study and master plan, the County housing needs analysis, boundary survey and subdivision materials, available record drawings, and prior utility mapping.
Services will include field reconnaissance and verification of visible infrastructure, invert elevations, and connection points; coordination meetings with the Town regarding water and sewer systems and with other utility providers as needed; identification of data gaps; and preparation of written requests for additional information. The vendor will develop at least two infrastructure corridor and alignment alternatives serving both Phase I districts.
