DESCRIPTION

The City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive engineering services for its government facilities and infrastructure. These services encompass engineering and project management across multiple domains, including land surveying, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and construction engineering expertise.

Scope of work includes land surveying such as property boundary, mapping, retesting, centreline, topographic, and right-of-way (ROW) surveys under the supervision of a licensed surveyor. Additional responsibilities comprise pavement or surface restoration associated with utility projects, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, as well as electrical and drainage engineering services. Drainage engineering will address storm drainage, grading, parking lots, and landscaping.
