DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering and surveying services. Tasks include consulting and engineering in areas such as land development review, drainage engineering, traffic engineering, floodplain management, construction inspection, development planning, comprehensive land use planning, land surveying, emergency review of infrastructure, and water/wastewater operator services.

Selected vendors will be responsible for engineering and technical design work related to civil engineering projects. Typical projects may involve retaining walls, slope stabilization, pavement and culvert rehabilitation, bio-retention and drainage projects, structural design, and other roadway and drainage improvements. Additional duties include reviewing site plans and subdivision applications for regulatory compliance, preparing engineering-specific conditions of approval, as well as evaluating floodplain development permits and ensuring all necessary federal, state, or local approvals are in place.
