(1) Vendor needs to provide energy credit tracking system.– Vendor to operate and maintain a system to certify, track and manage transactions– The agency is seeking a Contractor Hosted SaaS Software Solution and applicable Services• Business Specification– The system must provide red asterisks by all required fields.– The system must provide flexible search capabilities, with the ability to narrow down a list of options to select from, based on the information being entered.– The system must utilize an automated workflow, automatically generating and routing needed notifications/correspondence to affiliated parties.– The system must utilize interactive screens, providing each role the ability to view their tasks, submissions, the status/priority of each submission, effective dates, due dates, history etc.– The system must keep the Personal Identification Information (PII) confidential to unauthorized users while allowing authorized users to view the PII.– The system must provide quick and easy accessibility to forms and Michigan laws.– The system must allow the applicant/account holder to choose the method in which they want to receive official documents/notifications/communications.– The system must write and receive history on all actions, generation of notifications/correspondence, status adds and updates. – The system must capture the history on all actions including the date of the action, the action itself and who did it.– After a history record is written, the system must not allow the entry to be modified or deleted without the admin approval.– The system must provide online user guide/help for any users of the system.– The system must provide a unique identifier on credits transferred into the system from another agency.– The system must provide an option to accept a credit.– The system must store certain information for each type of credit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2025
