Encelium Software Support Service

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive support services for the Encelium Lighting Control System in South Carolina over a 12-month period. This service agreement includes both software and hardware support, with emphasis on responsive telephone assistance featuring a maximum 4-hour response time during business hours. The scope also encompasses all software updates and upgrades relevant to the Encelium system within the contract duration.

Support will be delivered by factory-trained service technicians, who will provide customized training and troubleshooting. This includes remote diagnostic inspections, system configuration modifications, general management assistance, and problem identification with appropriate solutions. The contract includes two scheduled on-site visits—all travel costs covered—which involve testing, adjustments, repairs, further training, system optimization, and troubleshooting as needed. On-site support will focus on accessible system components such as boards, switches, and other low voltage hardware throughout the Encelium Lighting Control System.

This arrangement is intended to ensure uninterrupted operation and optimal performance of the lighting control system for the contract term.
