A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive support services for the Encelium Lighting Control System in South Carolina over a 12-month period. This service agreement includes both software and hardware support, with emphasis on responsive telephone assistance featuring a maximum 4-hour response time during business hours. The scope also encompasses all software updates and upgrades relevant to the Encelium system within the contract duration.

Support will be delivered by factory-trained service technicians, who will provide customized training and troubleshooting.
