(1) Vendor needs to provide employment engagement survey platform.– Deliver a comprehensive solution that measures key workforce indicators including employee and physician engagement, alignment, diversity, resilience (burnout), workplace violence, nursing excellence, quality, and patient safety.– Platform must support a continuous listening strategy including (a) pulse checks, (b) optional quarterly census cycles, and (c) employee lifecycle surveys (e.g., onboarding, manager change, offboarding), with configurable scheduling and templates.– Provide role–based, self–service dashboards for managers and frontline healthcare leaders (no data analyst required), plus an embedded best–practices/action library that translates results into recommended actions and tracks follow–through at the unit level.– Solution must link engagement data to patient experience/satisfaction, quality and safety, and retention metrics for cross–functional analysis; integrations include Cornerstone, Smartsheet, Banner, and related sources.(2) A pre–submission conference will be held on October 29, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
