Illinois healthcare organizations are seeking a comprehensive employment engagement survey platform to measure and improve key workforce indicators. The solution should assess a range of topics including employee and physician engagement, workforce alignment, diversity, resilience (burnout), workplace violence, nursing excellence, quality, and patient safety.
The desired platform must support a continuous listening strategy using pulse checks, optional quarterly census cycles, and employee lifecycle surveys such as onboarding, manager changes, and offboarding. It should offer configurable scheduling and templates tailored to healthcare environments. Self-service, role-based dashboards are needed for managers and frontline leaders, eliminating the requirement for data analysts. An embedded best-practices and action library should provide actionable recommendations based on survey results and enable the tracking of follow-through at the unit level.
Additionally, the platform must enable cross-functional analysis by linking engagement data to patient experience/satisfaction, quality and safety metrics, and retention data. Integration capabilities with systems such as Cornerstone, Smartsheet, Banner, and related sources are essential. The contract will be for a two-year term.
