DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide employment and income verification services to support the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and other housing assistance programs. The selected provider will deliver comprehensive verification services for applicants, participants, and household members throughout the term of the contract.
Services will include the verification of current and historical employment, wages, salary information, self-employment income when available, unemployment benefits, and other employment-related income sources required for eligibility determinations and program administration. Information to be verified and reported includes, at a minimum: employer names and addresses (current and previous), dates of employment, employment status, job title, rate of pay, gross and annualized income, payment frequency, details of any additional compensation such as bonuses or tips, unemployment benefits, and the identification of any discrepancies found during the verification process.
Questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026. The initial contract period will be for one year.
