(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health and electronic medical record solution to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– Enter a long–term partnership with a professional team of experts in the support and maintenance of all phases and applications of a comprehensive employee health and electronic medical record program.– System supports comprehensive employee health management, including immunizations, compliance management, communication, surveillance programming, fit testing, and exposure tracking.– Scalable design to support multi–facility and multi–campus operations.– Real–time dashboards displaying compliance by department, campus, or population.– Secure migration of existing employee health data, including medical records and uploaded documents.– Interface with laboratory system for ordering and results.– Secure internal messaging between Employee Health staff and employees.– Single Sign–On (SSO) via the system’s microsoft azure instance.– Support multi–factor authentication using an authenticator app.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
