DESCRIPTION

A government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated, reliable, and scalable emergency mass notification system. The system should deliver critical alerts and communications to residents and employees over multiple platforms during emergencies and other important events.

Required services include the provision of a Mass Notification System (MNS), resident connection data subscription, implementation services, training and support, as well as ongoing account management. The emergency communication platform must support multi-channel communication capabilities, such as voice (landline and mobile), SMS/text messaging, email, and mobile app notifications.
