The proposed solution should provide employee work and shift scheduling as well as equipment tracking functionalities for 60 personnel, 2 fire stations, and 10 vehicles. The system must be fully managed online, requiring no hardware installation, and should offer compatibility with both internet browsers and mobile applications.

Key features include the ability to manage employee schedules, conduct equipment log checks, and store historical records. Contractors are expected to provide initial training for organizational staff and offer 24-hour technical customer support for software issues. The solution will support the Offutt AFB Fire Department in efficiently managing shift schedules and equipment inventory. The performance and suitability of the service will be evaluated annually to ensure it continues to meet operational requirements.
