The government authority in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance for its collection and distribution systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and technical expertise required to maintain, repair, restore, and improve facility systems safely, promptly, and cost-effectively.
Services to be provided include comprehensive 24/7/365 on-call emergency response, with mobilization required within three hours of notification. The contractor must implement traffic control and site safety measures, manage temporary bypass pumping as needed, and conduct both temporary and permanent restoration work. Scope also includes planned pipeline replacement and rehabilitation, pump station repairs and minor upgrades, as well as addressing valve and pump failures, line breaks, and other repairs as identified by the authority.
The contract will cover a one-year period. All vendor questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by June 24, 2026.
