DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Providence, Rhode Island seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, repair, and asset management services. The selected contractor will deliver capital forecasting, modernization planning and recommendations, controller replacement planning, and produce executive summary memos and Excel forecast models as part of ongoing lifecycle cost management.

The contract will have a five-year duration, emphasizing safe and code-compliant operation, high equipment reliability and uptime, predictable lifecycle costs, transparent reporting, and strategic capital planning. KEY REQUIREMENTS
