The State of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive electronic warrant software solution. The desired system must offer a range of capabilities, including multiple warrant templates or the ability to create new templates, configurable workflows with options such as a rejection workflow, and integrated recorded video conferencing to support oath and affirmation processes.

Additional requirements include secure digital signatures, robust record access and retention management, seamless integration with jail and court processes, and detailed tracking, auditing, and reporting functionalities complete with timestamps. The system should provide user management and permissions controls, standalone electronic warrant functionality, backup storage guarantees, and strong data security measures including encryption.
