The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE), New Jersey, seeks to modify an existing delivery order to procure additional Electronic Takeoff and Landing Data (eTOLD) application software in support of the C/KC–130 Program. This procurement will add two each of the following applications: SERV–SUP–ETOLD – Takeoff & Landing Support, and SERV–SUP–ETOLD – Cruise Support. Teledyne Controls LLC, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the eTOLD software, will provide these applications under a sole source acquisition, as they hold the proprietary rights to the software and no other sources can meet the program's requirements.

This action is being pursued under the statutory authority that allows for non-competitive acquisitions when only one responsible source is available. The government will consider responses from other interested parties received within fifteen days of the notice publication, but reserves full discretion in making any competitive determinations. All potential offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award.
