(1) Vendor needs to provide Title to the government authority located in location.– Provide a unified electronic patient care reporting system (ePCR) solution including software, portal, and submittal functionality to support agency departmental operations.– The proposed solution must be a modern, fully integrated platform that is scalable to accommodate future growth and compatible with a broad range of mobile computing devices• Application Requirements– Provide a unified, user–friendly interface with intuitive design– This product must prioritize functionality and system performance as it is a cloud–based application accessed via a secure web browser interface.– The new proposed solution shall be fully compatible with the EMS (e.g. Toughbook, tablets,) mobile devices currently utilized by agency.– The solution must provide full support for Windows and iOS mobile computing environments and be mobile app–agnostic to ensure seamless functionality across diverse platforms– The system shall provide comprehensive business analytics and unlimited reporting capabilities at no additional cost, effectively offering the functionality and support of an in–house analytics department.• Business Requirements– The proposed solution must seamlessly integrate with the State EMS Registry, enabling automatic formatting, validation, and submission of EMS run data– The solution must offer extensive customization capabilities by providing multiple customizable fields across all sections of the patient care chart.– All components and functionalities of the system must fully comply with regulations– The proposed solution must provide built–in business and analytical functionalities, including dynamic dashboards and reporting tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025
