(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical record system. – Provide a comprehensive, compliant, and interoperable Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. – Ensure the system supports clinical, operational, and billing needs while meeting agency regulations. – Integrate with SHIN–NY, PSYCKES, and I–STOP/EPCS for connectivity and prescribing requirements. – Support Medicaid billing methodologies, electronic submissions, and reconciliation of remittance files. – Include telehealth capabilities, secure video communication, and offline functionality for mobile crisis documentation. – Implement strong security measures, including encryption, role–based access controls, and audit logs. – Provide tools for patient engagement, such as a patient portal, appointment scheduling, and secure messaging. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
