(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic dental record solution • Services: – The solution chosen must have the ability to connect to agency's Electronic Health Record (EHR), which will allow agency to manage one platform for everything. – The Electronic Dental Record should streamline the daily business operations of our dental clinics and would include scheduling, documentation, and maintaining patient records. – Cloud Based solution will be required to handle the data entry, retrieval, back up to EHR (via bridge), billing, and other information exchange with the existing EHR for approximately 900 – 1500 people with developmental disabilities per month throughout the agency. – Potential bidders may be required to report annually, or other timeframe agreed upon, information regarding the services performed. – Telephone and Technical Support – Provision of training that is accessible and on–going as needed for system upgrades, new staff, or refresher training as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.
