(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic applicant tracking system– Agency is seeking to procure a flexible and fully automated end to end Candidate Application Tracking System to streamline our recruitment process. – This system will be used by agency to facilitate the running of recruitment competitions and onboarding processes.– Technical System Requirements– Provides web based remote access for candidates, HR staff and interview board members, including a simple, intuitive interface for candidates and an easy–to–navigate dashboard allowing recruiters to manage job postings, view applications, and track candidates through different stages of the hiring process.– Provides a responsive design or mobile app for candidates to search jobs and apply from their smartphones. – Ability to create and manage different user access rights to ensure role–based security – including at minimum HR staff, line managers, internal and external candidates. – Ability to apply multi–factor authentication settings to all user accounts using modern authentication methods. – Superuser access should be provided for. – Ability to conduct user acceptance testing in the system prior to roll–out in the live system e.g. new application forms, documentation, interface view etc. – Allows for integration with calendar tools to schedule and reschedule interviews for certain users. – Options to have AI functionality available. – Option to have a chatbot Helpdesk option for similar. – Allows for a dashboard report builder and ability to access and report on key KPIs and metrics. – Ability to collect data on and/or track source of candidate applications e.g. job boards, referrals, social media, etc.) and report on this data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 4, 2026
