DESCRIPTION
The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide an election night reporting web-based display solution for managing, publishing, and presenting election results. The solution must include two components: a Microsoft Windows-based application for election results management and publication, and a web-based application for displaying the same results.
The solution must be compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 and provide both desktop-friendly and mobile-friendly results interfaces for voters, media, and the general public. Election results must be importable through a one-click or limited-click upload process directly from electronic reports exported by the existing Election Management System provided by Election Systems & Software, Electionware. The system must also aggregate results by ballots cast on Election Day, mail-in or absentee ballots, and provisional ballots.
All content, data transfer processes, and implementation tactics must be coordinated with and approved by the director of elections. The contract period will be one year.
