Vendor needs to provide election night report system.– Ability to produce and display results for primary elections.– Ability for results to be labelled as the following, but with the capability to support additional labels.– Displayed results must be fully responsive and effectively displayed on both desktop and mobile browsers.– Results must auto–refresh when updated.– Reporting site color and images must be customizable and allow the Board of Elections seal to be prominently displayed.– Ability to display a customizable message in the event of a service disruption.– Ability to produce test results pages which are for internal testing and quality control purposes and that are not publicly available.– Private staging/test environment available to state team for testing and quality control.– Ability to remove/delete data, adhering to applicable data retention and privacy standards.– Ability to export results in Excel and .CSV format.
