(1) Vendor needs to provide elearning platform and content solution. • eLearning Solution – An existing out–of–the box, off the shelf externally hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) eLearning Solution, capable of configuration to customer requirements, and is not seeking a bespoke solution built specifically. – The Service Provider will be required to supply, implement, support and maintain, and provide training for the eLearning Solution. • eLearning Content – The course content must be aligned to relevant current Irish and legislation and regulatory standards. For the avoidance of doubt, the creation of completely bespoke courses– In addition to the Mandatory Courses, a wide and varied range of courses should be available as part of the eLearning Solution. – The anticipated number of staff required to complete each of the training courses will vary between business units and the number of users per annum will be approximately 900 users, with approximately 15 Administrator level users.
