KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must provide immutable (WORM or equivalent) retention of protected copies
Must provide a dedicated identity and management plane separate from the Clinic's production Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Must provide a clean-room recovery environment for scanning and validation
Must execute the Clinic's HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Must provide a current SOC 2 Type II report or equivalent independent assessment
Must have an active registration in SAM.gov with no exclusions
