Educator Information System Upgrades and Support Services

The state of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide upgrades and ongoing support services for its Educator Information System (EIS). The scope of work includes modernization of the user interface with a focus on ADA compliance, workflow improvements, and the implementation of advanced reporting capabilities such as data visualization, graphs, and charts. Technologies required for these upgrades include .NET, Angular, and TypeScript.

The selected vendor will address both significant system bugs and enhancements to better support applicants, existing educators, local education agencies, and credentialing staff. Updates will also be needed to ensure that the system complies with administrative rule changes impacting the educator credential application and renewal process. Responsibilities will include system design, programming, and testing, as well as updating data structures for ongoing compatibility and improved performance.

Additional requirements involve developing reporting mechanisms that allow department administrators to generate customized reports via a dashboard, eliminating the need for individual report requests. The vendor will also expand the system's capabilities to provide financial projections and ensure 24/7/365 system uptime, supporting the continuous operation and evolution of the Educator Information System.
