DESCRIPTION

Bernalillo County is soliciting proposals for strategic economic development services to support business attraction, retention and expansion, workforce development, site readiness, regional competitiveness, and measurable community benefit within Bernalillo County, including its unincorporated areas. The awarded Offeror will perform services in coordination with the County’s designated Project Manager and align activities with nine priority areas identified through the community Dialogue Series. The anticipated contract term is for a four-year period with the option to renew for an additional two years.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a responsible Offeror with the ability to fulfill solicitation expectations and requirements
  • Must submit a Pay Equity Reporting Form or valid Pay Equity Business Certificate
  • Must submit a completed Unfair Business Practices Disclosure Form
  • Must submit a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form
  • Must provide three references from current or former companies for similar services
  • Must provide a proposed annual fee for performing services
  • Must provide proof of licensing if required by the State of New Mexico or another agency
