DESCRIPTION

The Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) is seeking a contractor to provide project management services for the Early Learning Coordination Plan (ELCP) Network. The contractor will work collaboratively with the ELCP Network to manage membership, facilitate conflict resolution training, support Action Team governance, and work with the DCYF PDG Evaluator to identify and evaluate data. The initial contract term is from January 5, 2027, through September 29, 2027, with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions, not to exceed September 29, 2030.
