A Texas entity is seeking vendors to provide E-Rate eligible technology equipment and business software solutions. The required equipment includes the Palo Alto Networks PA-5410 Next-Generation Firewall with redundant AC power supplies, as well as associated security subscriptions. Premium Support for the PA-5410 is required as a 3-year prepaid subscription.

The scope also includes a PA-5410 Precision AI Network Security Subscription Bundle for a 3-year term. This bundle covers Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced URL Filtering, Advanced WildFire, Advanced DNS Security, Advanced SD-WAN, and Device Security features. Additionally, the vendor is to supply the Strata Cloud Manager – Pro, which incorporates the Strata Logging Service and supports NGFW subscription capacity for the entire firewall estate.

The contract is expected to span five years. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the requirements carefully and note that any questions must be submitted by January 30, 2026.
