(1) Vendor needs to provide e–licensing system.– Provide Online tools for licensing, inspection, enforcement, and information system for emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, agencies, vehicles, and education programs– The agency is seeking Contractor Hosted COTS or SaaS Software Solution(s) and applicable Services for the following system• Licensing and Verification– Ability to process, track, and accept payment for applications and issue licenses to individuals, vehicles, agencies– Ability to track and issue certificates related to EMS education, both initial and continuing– Complaints and Compliance tracking and case management, – Ability to conduct mobile inspections for agencies, vehicles, and education programs– Licensee and agency data export to EMS Documentation Tool– Reporting on all system data points(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025(3) The contract period will be for five years.(4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2025
