The state of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a hosted e-licensing system to support the management of emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, agencies, vehicles, and education programs. This system should include comprehensive online tools for licensing, inspection, enforcement, and information management.

The desired solution may be a COTS or SaaS platform and must offer capabilities such as processing and tracking applications, accepting payments, and issuing licenses to individuals, vehicles, and agencies. Additional requirements include tracking and issuing certificates for initial and continuing EMS education, managing complaints and compliance cases, enabling mobile inspections for agencies, vehicles, and educational programs, exporting licensee and agency data to the EMS documentation tool, and providing robust reporting across all data points tracked within the system.

Michigan anticipates entering into a five-year agreement for this service.
