KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must maintain general liability insurance of at least $2,000,000.

DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide maintenance services for Dynamics 365 applications supporting advocacy, systemic issues, recommendations, evaluations, and investigations. The advocacy information management system enables the Direct Advocacy team to support young people involved in child intervention and youth justice systems by helping them understand and exercise their rights and ensuring their views and interests are considered in decisions affecting their lives. The centralized platform manages and tracks advocacy cases throughout their lifecycle.

The recommendation, evaluation, and systemic issues tracking system supports efforts to improve policies, practices, legislation, and services affecting children and youth. It also supports community engagement, partner advocacy initiatives, youth participation in decision-making, and public education regarding children's and youth rights.

The investigations information system supports investigative reviews when a young person involved with the child intervention or youth justice system experiences a serious injury or death.
