The vendor is expected to deliver at least six custom aerial formations specifically designed for the event, alongside stock patriotic images. Custom designs may feature the event logo, sponsor logos, geometric patterns, and additional themed elements to enhance the visual impact of the show.

Responsibilities include securing all technical equipment such as drones, control systems, batteries, and power supply, as well as obtaining necessary FAA permits for safe drone operation over water. The vendor must provide adequate personnel for all operational, technical, and safety roles during the event. The contract is anticipated to cover a period of one year.
