(1) Vendor needs to provide drone show service.– Vendors to provide and execute a custom, high–quality drone light show for a special event taking place over the Ohio River.• Drone Show Performance– One show for the event– A choreographed display– Minimum of 300 drones per show.– Show duration: Approx. 15 minutes.– The show will be choreographed to a music track, which will be agreed upon by both the agency and the selected vendor• Custom Formations and Designs– A minimum of six custom formations must be created specifically for the event in addition to stock patriotic images that vendor already has on file.– These formations may include, but are not limited to, the event logo, sponsor logos, geometric designs, and other themed elements.• Technical and Logistical Requirements– The drone light show will take place over water (Ohio River).– The vendor is responsible for all equipment and technical systems required to conduct the drone show, including, but not limited to: drones, control systems, batteries, power supply, and FAA permitting.– FAA permitting: The vendor must secure any necessary approvals or waivers for drone operations over the water.– The vendor must provide sufficient staffing for all roles involved, including operators, technical support, and safety personnel.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
