(1) Vendor needs to provide drone light show service for special event performance.– Display length should be no less than 20 minutes of continuous drone display.– Display time does not include flight timing from launch site to display area and return to launch site after the display concludes.– Digital mock–up of drone show must be provided for approval of animation sequencing and design.– Music soundtrack production– Drones– Staffing costs i.e. drone pilots, crew, visual observers, etc.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
