DESCRIPTION

The Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform chemical, biological, and miscellaneous laboratory testing services for drinking water and wastewater. The anticipated term of the agreement is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2030.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be accredited by the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program from the State Water Resources Control Board
Must have a minimum of four years of experience performing drinking and wastewater testing
Must have a license to do business in the State of California
Must be in good standing with the California Secretary of State
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
Must provide three references from customers for services provided in the past two years
Must be able to pass a background check with the State of California
