DESCRIPTION

The requesting agency in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) document signing platform. The solution must enable users to electronically sign, send, and manage an estimated 4,000 to 6,000 documents per year. These documents may include a variety of agreements such as motions, waivers of service, releases of information, payment affidavits, paternity affidavits, financial affidavits, and stipulated agreements.

The SaaS platform should facilitate efficient document handling for both internal supervisors and third parties, and provide mechanisms to obtain and track the receipt of signatures, documenting the date and time of each signature. Compatibility with Adobe and Microsoft documents is required. In addition to the software, the selected vendor will be responsible for implementation, providing user training (virtually, potentially over one or two days), and ongoing software maintenance for a contract period of one year.
