(1) Vendor needs to provide district data lake, reporting and visualization platform.– Develop a robust, scalable, cloud–based web platform accessible on desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring a seamless, consistent user experience across devices. – Provide intuitive, age–appropriate interfaces tailored for early childhood (EC) k–5, 6–8, and 9–12 grade levels, addressing the unique needs of each student group. – Implement end–to–end encryption, multi–factor authentication, and regular security audits to safeguard student data. – Ensure full compliance with the family educational rights and privacy act (FERPA), protecting the privacy of student education records. – Adhere strictly to Texas state laws regarding student data privacy and parental access, ensuring that the platform meets or exceeds all legal requirements. – Support ingestion of diverse school district data via FTP, API, SQL, and manual uploads. – Enable comprehensive reporting, analytics, and visualizations. – Demonstrate scalable architecture (e.g., data warehouse, DaaS) with robust data privacy, future–proof scalability, and seamless integration with existing SIS and ERP systems. – Supported Operating Systems: current versions of Windows 11 64–bit Pro and education, ChromeOS, Mac OS, iPadOS. – Supported internet browsers: current versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari. – Enable students to create, curate, and showcase their work in dynamic digital portfolios that grow with them throughout their academic career. – Include comprehensive multimedia support for various file types (documents, images, videos, audio) to accommodate diverse forms of student expression and project work. – Import and synchronize student grades, test scores, attendance data, and other relevant information in real–time, providing up–to–date insights for all stakeholders.
