DESCRIPTION

The Idaho State Police (ISP) requires specialized biannual cleaning and preventive maintenance services for communications consoles, control rooms, and associated server room areas. Services include cleaning of computer consoles, monitors, keyboards, mice, CPU exteriors, wiring, desks, server equipment, and other surfaces, as well as related preventive maintenance and minor adjustments to maintain equipment in proper operating condition. Work must be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing operations at ISP facilities in Meridian and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The initial contract term is one (1) year, with an anticipated total term of five (5) years including renewals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be professionally trained and experienced in specialized cleaning of communications consoles, control rooms, and electronic equipment
Must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, tools, cleaning products, and materials
Personnel must complete ISP background questionnaires and fingerprinting prior to performing work
Must provide a minimum of three references for similar services performed within the last five years
Must identify personnel assigned to perform services and confirm they are professionally trained
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence
Must maintain Commercial Automobile Liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per accident
