DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide dispatch console and technology services for the implementation of a new purpose-built control room supporting continuous 24/7 electric utility operations.

The selected vendor is expected to design, deliver, and implement operator consoles, audiovisual hardware and software, integration services, and a content management system. The solution will support both control room operator positions and local video wall displays through a common technology platform used for the acquisition, distribution, and interactive operation of applications, including computers, digital video sources, and IP video streams.

The envisioned system includes dual-operator console positions with coherent display areas consisting of three 43-inch 4K/UHD displays and a single keyboard-mouse set. The displays must support viewing and interaction with either a single source or a multiview arrangement of multiple sources, with unified keyboard-mouse control across all sources. The system must also allow global and personalized video presets and support configuration through an API interface covering changes to walls, desks, and sources.

Questions are due no later than July 30, 2026.
