DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive disaster recovery services. The required services must be available 24/7/365, including weekends, holidays, and during district closures. Vendors are expected to provide a telephone response within fifteen minutes of notification and ensure on-site emergency response within two hours for incidents occurring within the city area.
Key responsibilities include the ability to quickly mobilize additional personnel, equipment, and resources for district-wide or multi-site emergencies. The scope encompasses emergency board-up and temporary security services for facilities impacted by events such as vandalism, break-ins, storm damage, fire damage, and vehicle impacts. Additional services include water mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, environmental and biological hazard remediation, debris removal, and cleanup, as well as reconstruction services. The contract period will be for one year.
