A Texas-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide Digitech Systems software licenses, maintenance, and support services under a one-year contract. The scope includes supplying licenses and comprehensive maintenance for the following software products: PaperVision Enterprise, PaperFlow Choice, PaperVision Capture, PaperVision Capture Lite, and OCR Flow.
The vendor will be responsible for delivering all-inclusive pricing for new licenses, as well as monthly and annual maintenance. This includes software implementation, initial operational training, ongoing in-person support and training, troubleshooting, and both call and virtual support as needed throughout the contract period. Interested vendors should note that all questions related to this opportunity must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025.
